By creating an account or using DevBlock Console, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Passkeys and API keys should be kept private.
You agree not to use the platform to deploy or host illegal content, launch attacks, or interfere with other users or third-party services.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide the platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Core features are free. Paid features (such as Sage AI credits) are billed as described at the time of purchase. Prices may change with notice.
You retain ownership of your code and content. DevBlock retains rights to the platform itself, its branding, and documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevBlock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
